There is no App that can tell you “Who you are?, What you want? , and How to get there?”. But now there is a program to help you figure it all out! Introducing CAP’D.online, an independent self discovery assessment tool that gives a glimpse into your natural motivations. This tool also teaches you career exploration and career success skills.
This tool can be accessed by individual student/parents or can be licensed by school or district. It is effective used independently or as a blended learning tool in a classroom or workshop setting.
The Program is a series of 3 Phases;
Phase 1 Engage
Phase 2 Explore and Experience
Phase 3 Execute
each phase has 7 individual lessons, each lesson is less than 20 minutes long followed by a downloadable worksheet; “An Investment in You” assignment at the end of each lesson , that you can work on independently or with your Accountability Partner.
This tool can also be a great starting point for educators (with large case loads and class sizes and limited time per student) to gain insight and start conversations further down the path to help guide them in their choices. It’s the step before a college search tool.
